Vegan Cashew Cheese

Who doesn't LOVE Cheese?

You shouldn’t have to SUFFER, to show your love for the Earth.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cashews soaked overnight, drained
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 2 lemons, juiced 
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves 

 

BLEND,  REFRIGERATE, DESTROY
